Protect & restore

Keep good asphalt from becoming expensive asphalt.

Our two-layer SealMaster PMM application uses commercial-grade, water-based asphalt emulsion to restore a deep black finish while helping pavement withstand harsh Mid-Atlantic summers, winters, water, UV exposure, vehicle fluids, and everyday wear.

Why timing matters

Protect it before damage spreads.

Once asphalt turns gray and brittle, cracks form faster and water gains a path to the base. Sealcoating is preventative maintenance—waiting until the surface fails means the solution is repair or replacement, not sealer.

What you gain

01

Prevents water intrusion

Sealcoating fills minor surface voids and helps keep water from penetrating the asphalt. The longer water stays out, the longer pavement lasts.

02

Slows oxidation

Sun and air exposure dry asphalt and make it brittle. Sealer absorbs that exposure instead of leaving your pavement unprotected.

03

Resists oil and gasoline

Fuel and oil can soften petroleum-based asphalt. A sealed surface adds a protective barrier against damaging spills.

04

Improves skid resistance

As pavement ages, it loses fine aggregate. Our sealer contains polymer sand that restores surface texture and traction.
